PROCEDURES: 

SUGAR ICUMSA 45-150 RBU / VHP 800-1200 - SPOT/CONTRACT/CIF

1. Buyer issues L.O.I. or I.C.P.O. including Bank details + RWA.

2. Seller issues draft Contract to Buyer.

3. Buyer signs, stamps and returns via email (in word format) to Seller.

4. Buyer’s bank issues pre-advice of L/C by MT760. Instrument to be confirmed by Primebank. Non-transferable, irrevocable, payable at sight of documents.

5. Seller’s bank issues non-operative Performance Bond 2% to Buyer’s bank by MT760.

6. Within 5 days, Buyer’s bank issues DL/C for spot or RDL/C for contract to Seller’s Bankmaking PB operative. (Alternatively SBLC + MT103)

7. Seller issues Proof of Product.

8. Shipment starts as agreed within 30 to 45 days after the financial instrument is openedfrom the Buyer’s Bank to Seller’s Bank.

9. Buyer may visit port during loading by arrangement.

Confidentiality/Non-Circumvent. All terms and conditions of this Offer and later the contractshall be strictly private and confidential and not to be divulged to any third party(s). Further,we must provide in the final agreement a non-circumvent provision whereby you, your agents,representatives, employees, officers or consultants will not contact our customers,employees, agents or anyone affiliated with our operations without prior rewritten consent. In order to receive a Draft Contract, we request you issue an ICPO on your own HeadedPaper.
